Cape Town City Centre: Operations Analyst & Administrator

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 – 5 Years experience in operational analysis, business administration or a similar role. National Diploma or Batchelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Willingness to work overtime as and when required. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling. Ability to identify issues, analyze them and implement solutions. Project Management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collecting and analyzing data. Developing process improvements. Creating reports. Collaborating with cross-functional teams. Using statistical modeling and forecasting to solve problems and guide decision-making for management. Managing schedules. Handling correspondence. Maintaining records and databases. Co-ordinating with Teams Tracking metrics and troubleshooting operational issues. Acting as a crucial support link between different departments, staff and clients
