About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Controller to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of sea and air freight forwarding, including imports, indents, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle A – Z operations for sea and air freight forwarding (mainly imports)
  • Manage indents and forwarding activities
  • Provide rates/estimates to clients
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients

  • Proficiency in CargoWise highly beneficial
