Job Summary

The tasks you`ll perform (not exhaustive): Assist with talent acquisition and various recruitment needs (including internal and external job postings/advertisements, scheduling of interviews, references, correspondence with applicants, etc.) Organise and manage the new starter experience (end-to-end) including but not limited to; contracts administration, on-boarding documentation, compliance, and inductions. Manage the off-boarding process to ensure compliance including but not limited to; exit interviews, collecting company property, etc. Assist with the administration of the Company Human Resources Platforms Assist in the maintenance of the Human Resource Information System and record management by ensuring employee records remain current. Assist with Global Mobility processes to ensure compliance within the relevant jurisdictions for international placements and assignments. Collaboratively work with the Global People & Culture Group to provide consistent, diligent and professional service and support to the Group. Assist with collating data, statistics and documentation for business development, management and reporting purposes. Assist with Skills Development and Employment Equity/Affirmative Action planning, implementation and reporting. Admin and filing Ad hoc duties as required. The expertise you`ll bring: Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognised institution. 5 years experience in a People role within related industries. South African Citizen or Permanent Resident Cape Town based Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision whilst consistently producing a high quality of deliverables. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, efficiently and collaboratively in a team and knowledge sharing environment, with colleagues across all business units. Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including colleagues. Proactively seek and accept guidance and feedback provided by subject matter experts. Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development. Proven experience working with the Microsoft suite of software packages, specifically Word and Excel. Proven experience working in HRIS advantageous. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a practical approach to problem solving. Demonstrate a strict practice of confidentiality, personal responsibility and discretion. High degree of professional ethics.
