Analyze trends, performance data, and forecasts to ensure effective resource and stock management. Monitor supply and demand, adjusting plans to meet business objectives. Collaborate with departments such as Buying, Logistics, Operations, and HR to ensure alignment. Prepare performance and variance reports with actionable recommendations. Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate data and analysis. Identify risks and propose corrective actions to maintain efficiency. Maintain planning systems and databases for accuracy and accessibility. Job Experience and Skills Required: Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field. 25 years experience in planning, forecasting, or analytics (retail or operations preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, JDA, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
