Job Description

The PMO Coordinator will provide critical support to the Project Management Office by coordinating administrative and financial activities across a portfolio of approximately 60 large-scale projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in SAP FI for invoice processing and financial tracking. What you’ll do: Project Coordination Support Assist in the planning, tracking, and reporting of project activities. Maintain project documentation, schedules, and resource plans. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. Monitor project milestones and escalate delays or risks. Invoice Processing Financial Administration Process vendor invoices and ensure timely approvals and payments. Reconcile project budgets and expenditures using SAP FI. Track and report on financial performance across projects. Liaise with Finance and Procurement teams to resolve discrepancies. SAP FI System Management Enter and maintain financial data in SAP FI. Generate reports and dashboards for project financials. Support audits and compliance checks related to project finances. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a point of contact for project-related queries. Coordinate communication between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Support onboarding of new project team members. Your Expertise: 5 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role. Proven experience with SAP FI (Financial Accounting module). Strong understanding of invoice processing and financial workflows. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience supporting large-scale or complex projects. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK). Exposure to project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira). Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Key Attributes: Detail-oriented and proactive. Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
