Job Description

Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and supporting donors throughout screening and stimulation cycles Performing donor health and risk assessments Collecting samples for donor screening and testing Conducting drug cup testing in line with protocol Communicating screening and testing outcomes to donors within scope Providing guidance and education during the stimulation process Accurate clinical data capture and documentation Working closely with doctors, embryologists, scientists, and nursing colleagues Ensuring donor care is delivered in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements Minimum requirements: Professional Nurse Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) Computer literate with strong attention to accurate data capture and documentation Strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable working in a structured, protocol-driven environment Preferred: Experience in gynaecology, fertility, ART, or womens health Experience in donor coordination or patient-facing clinical roles The ideal candidate: Demonstrates sound clinical judgement and a solution-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving Is compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly organised Works well in a multidisciplinary clinical team Is comfortable balancing donor support with regulatory and quality requirements If you meet the requirements, please apply.
