About the Role
We are seeking a Project Leader to manage and deliver high-impact projects within a dynamic consulting environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure, ensures compliance with protocols, and delivers exceptional results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage allocated projects from inception to completion
- Ensure adherence to cash flow and programme timelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and filing systems
- Oversee consultant and contractor appointments and performance
- Administer JBCC and NEC contracts
- Review and validate invoices, appointments, and additional fees
- Ensure compliance with processes and protocols
- Support Auditor-General audits
- Escalate project issues promptly and ensure data integrity
Requirements
- Strong background in the construction industry
- Experience in JBCC and NEC contract administration
- Financial administration experience
- Project/programme management experience (advantageous)
- Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, fee scales, JBCC, and NEC
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
Qualifications
- Professional Registration as a Pr Arch with SACAP
