As the IT Project Manager , you will lead the end-to-end delivery of key technology initiatives, spanning software development, infrastructure, and service-related projects. You will act as both delivery lead and Agile facilitator, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetwithout compromising quality. Why join this team? Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and technology projects across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments Maintain and track detailed project plans, schedules, roadmaps, budgets, and forecasts Serve as Scrum Master and facilitator for all Agile ceremonies, ensuring best-practice adoption Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers Coordinate cross-functional resources, including workload and capacity planning Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and reporting Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, and effective change control Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration Experience: 57 years dedicated experience in IT Project Management Proven delivery of software development projects using Agile/Scrum Experience managing infrastructure or service desk projects (Waterfall or Hybrid) Strong project financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, cost control) Experience operating within or alongside a formal PMO Skills: Expert knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks PMP and Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) certification Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Azure DevOps Hands-on experience configuring Azure DevOps Boards, pipelines, and dashboards Strong understanding of SDLC, ITSM concepts, and risk management frameworks Willingness to travel when required Availability for after-hours support or standby Apply now!
