Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis and Project Management Develop a clear understanding of clients core business goals and how system features support those objectives. Collect and document detailed requirements for new functionalities and enhancements. Provide accurate estimates and scope assessments for project tasks. Guide and oversee development teams working on feature delivery. Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested against business needs. Coordinate deployment and release activities smoothly. Manage defect prioritization and resolution processes. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Job Experience and Skills Required: Proven experience in business analysis and project management, preferably within software development or FinTech environments (4 years). Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and specification writing . Experience with project planning, estimation, and resource management tools and techniques. Hands-on experience working with development teams , understanding technical constraints and trade-offs.
