Cape Town City Centre: Project / Site Manager

Our client, a well-established company within the Electrical and Instrumentation industry, is seeking an experienced and driven Project / Site Manager to oversee multiple projects across Cape Town . The successful candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Afrikaans and English. Minimum Requirements: 8–10 years’ experience in the Electrical and Instrumentation industry Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Contracts Manager Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) Willing and able to travel regularly for site supervision and client meetings Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport Sound knowledge of health, safety, and quality compliance standards Skills Required: Strong project management and site coordination abilities Proven experience in claims formulation, negotiation, and project documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels Strong planning, scheduling, and cost-control abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to compile and manage detailed project reports Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute electrical and instrumentation projects from inception to completion Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and progress reporting Prepare and manage project claims, variations, and correspondence Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations Remuneration: R30 000 – R45 000 Cost to Company IMPORTANT: Applications close 31 October 2025 Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who meet all our client’s minimum requirements will be contacted
