Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Matric, and tertiary qualification advantageous Strong computer skills Ability to prioritise assignments and work well under pressure Exceptional attention to detail Effective time management and organisational skills Dependable and adaptable, working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and experience in a property company will be advantageous DUTIES Report directly to the owner Manage all round administration requirements timeously Upload legal documents for properties Ensure that all property and sales details are accurate and up to date Manage contract execution Approve documents for relevant projects Add Deposit payments received to CRM Approve clients details Assist with enquiries via phone, email and online Assist Agents with uploading images to the photography portal if required post-auction Provide details of vendors and manage detailed conversations Monitor the various client accounts Assist with the allocation of payments and add them to CRM Liaise with the sales team, attorneys and Banks Manage refunds and ensure sales invoices and statements are correct and sent to the necessary parties Ensure debtors are kept to a minimum and paid on time by liaising with attorneys and private individuals Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
