Finance Assistant: Credit Control l Processing Administrator: Perm Position: Cape Town Responsible for credit control and ensuring timely receipt of balances due: • Responsible for the credit control function, including completing payment reconciliations and investigating any reconciling differences • Building relationships with customers to keep on top of any due/ overdue payments • Managing brand recharges and stock only invoices, including working with the relevant teams to raise invoices in a timely and track these in an appropriate manner • Weekly and monthly aged debt reporting and investigation to present to the Financial Accountant • Reviewing and reconciling creditor accounts • Ad hoc duties as required by the Financial Accountant or Financial Controller Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • Strong skills across the Microsoft Office suite • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail • Experienced in working well as part of a team • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Problem solving skills • Investigative mindset • Relationships Please note: • Communication will only be with shortlisted candidates
