About the Role

I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter & Personal Assistant to join our team in Cape Town. As an Employer of Record (EOR) and recruitment business, we deliver solutions primarily in the UK, US, Australia, and the EU, recruiting top South African talent to work remotely or from our office in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment across my portfolio to ensure consistent delivery, allowing me to focus on securing and growing major client relationships and driving revenue across EOR and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a minimum of 12 interviews per day
  • Post and manage job adverts across the ATS and relevant job boards
  • Proactively headhunt candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
  • Shortlist, qualify, and present candidates to clients
  • Regret and professionally manage unsuccessful candidates
  • Manage candidate and client communication as a daily priority

Requirements

  • Exposure to UK recruitment
  • Thrives in a high-performance environment
  • Energized by targets, quality delivery, and commercial outcomes
  • Experience recruiting at pace (high-volume/high-output environments advantageous)
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems (CRM ATS) and structured pipeline management
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken), with strong spelling and grammar

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification (preferred)

Salary & Benefits

  • R32,000 basic incentives commission
