Join a stylish boutique hotel located in the vibrant city suburbs, where we are looking for a skilled Reservations Agent to strengthen our clients small and dedicated team Key Duties: Manage reservations, guest profiles & booking accuracy Liaise with Sales, Revenue, OTAs & travel agents Maximise occupancy & room rates Handle group bookings & rooming lists Ensure deposits/prepayments are processed Follow up on provisional bookings to secure confirmations Assist with site inspections & agent relations Requirements: Proven hotel reservations experience (essential) min 2 years.
