About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Atlantic Aluminium, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with clients in the building industry. Your primary objective is to generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing client satisfaction, all while promoting the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building/construction industry.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and product consultations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale.
• Follow up on quotes and close deals effectively.
• Oversee installation team progress to ensure client expectations are met.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries or concerns.
Requirements
• Proven track record in sales (relevant experience preferred in aluminum or construction).
• Strong technical understanding of aluminum windows, doors, and glass products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read building plans and do site assessments.
• Ability to manage installation team.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, a Grade 12 / Matric certificate is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
The salary structure consists of a basic salary plus commission. Additionally, the company provides a fuel allowance and company vehicle, as well as cell phone/data allowances.
