About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical SAP Analyst to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, as part of a leading listed FMCG Group. As a key member of the SAP team, you will be responsible for supporting the technical aspects of our SAP systems and ensuring they function as expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor SAP logs to identify potential issues
  • Investigate and resolve technical problems with SAP systems and interfaces
  • Escalate technical issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Test functionality to ensure system performance and reliability
  • Assist with implementation and ongoing maintenance of system and interface enhancements
  • Provide technical support for Fiori, PI/PO & Bank Interfaces

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in providing technical systems support within a complex SAP environment
