Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate and maintain sausage filling machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. Monitor the sausage production process, ensuring the correct filling, casing, and sealing of sausages. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions promptly to prevent delays. Supervision and Leadership: Supervise a team of sausage fillers, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and working efficiently. Schedule and assign daily tasks to team members, ensuring all production targets and deadlines are met. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support staff development. Health & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ensure the team adheres to food safety protocols and workplace safety regulations. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management immediately. Inventory Management: Assist in managing raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure sufficient stock for production needs. Monitor the usage of ingredients and materials, ensuring minimal waste and effective use of resources.
