Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mobile devices with accuracy and efficiency Perform advanced hardware and software troubleshooting Conduct quality checks to ensure all repairs meet company standards Lead, mentor, and support junior technicians Allocate daily tasks and oversee team workflow Provide guidance on complex repairs and technical issues Maintain repair documentation and manage parts inventory Ensure compliance with safety and repair procedures Assist customers with technical queries and repair updates Train new technicians on processes, tools, and best practices
