Cape Town City Centre: Senior Full Stack Developer (C#.NET Core) (CPT Hybrid)

ENVIRONMENT: DESIGN, develop and maintain responsive, scalable and secure digital platforms as the next Senior Full Stack Developer sought by a fast-paced UK Managed Service Provider. The role encompasses Full Stack development, integration, cloud infrastructure management and ongoing support. The successful incumbent will require 6 years’ Software Development experience with coding proficiency in C#, .NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript & Backend services using technologies such as Azure App Service, API Management, Key Vault, VNET/WAF, Node.js, React, SQL, and integration with CargoWise. You also need the ability to utilise AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of output. DUTIES: Development & Implementation – Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core. Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Vue.js. Create and integrate data visualisations using modern JavaScript libraries. Implement and consume both REST and GraphQL APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Cloud & Data Management – Work with Azure cloud services and infrastructure. Develop and maintain database solutions using SQL. Assist in deployment and monitoring of applications. Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance. Collaboration & Growth – Participate in code reviews and implement feedback. Contribute to technical discussions and solution design. Document code, processes, and technical decisions. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices. REQUIREMENTS: Technical Skills – 6 Years of Software Development experience. Proficiency in C# and .NET Core. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with Backend services using technologies such as Azure App Service, API Management, Key Vault, VNET/WAF, Node.js, React, SQL, and integration with CargoWise. Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Familiarity with Git version control. Understanding of REST and GraphQL API principles. Ability to utilise AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of output. Cloud & Tools – Experience with Azure services (or willingness to learn). Familiarity with data visualization tools (D3.js, Chart.js or similar). Understanding of CI/CD concepts. Experience with Azure DevOps. ATTRIBUTES: Strong problem-solving abilities.
