Duties: Support the development of risk-based annual audit plans Design and execute audit procedures with a strong focus on data analytics Conduct audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of internal controls Identify key risk areas and propose mitigation strategies Discuss findings with line managers and report significant issues to senior management Prepare audit reports in line with approved plans Monitor implementation of management actions recommended in audit reports Lead internal audits and support ad-hoc investigations as required Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in internal auditing Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting or Internal Audit CA(SA) / CIA, CFE, CISA, or equivalent certification Experience: 5 years internal audit experience in professional services or in-house audit functions Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders effectively Proven experience delivering audit findings using data analytics Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Experience with data-driven audits and tools (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau) Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements ISO certification Experience in managing multiple projects and teams Skills & Competencies: Adaptability Ownership & Accountability Initiative Resilience Team Orientation Integrity Innovation If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
