About the Role
As a Junior Recruiter at CallForce, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including designing campaign ads, sourcing quality candidates, and ensuring key skills meet campaign requirements. You will work closely with Operations Departments, requiring strong relationship-building skills and a sense of urgency to thrive in a pressurized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Write adverts and post on our recruitment platform
- Implement initiatives & referral initiatives to attract outbound sales candidates
- Ensure fulfilment of the end-to-end recruitment function including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, compliance & all other related functions
- Perform all administrative related duties
- Ensure high quality standards are adhered to
Requirements
1+ years end to end recruitment experience
Proven track record in delivering high volume candidates
