About the Role
As a Junior Recruiter at CallForce, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including designing new campaign ads and sourcing quality candidates. You will work closely with Operations Departments to ensure key skills are met by candidates, requiring strong relationship building skills and a sense of urgency in a pressurized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Write adverts and post on our recruitment platform
- Implement initiatives & referral initiatives to attract outbound sales candidates
- Ensure fulfilment of the end-to-end recruitment function including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, compliance & all other related functions
- All administrative related duties
- Ensure high quality standards are adhered to
Requirements
1+ years end to end recruitment experience
Proven track record in delivering high volume candidates

Basic Salary, plus incentives for successful placements.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Must be willing to work overtime due to operational requirements
