We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer Architect to lead the design and management of a ServiceNow platform. You’ll focus on creating scalable solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals, while also handling day-to-day administration and support. Key responsibilities include leading development initiatives, automating processes, and maintaining the system. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to proactively address any issues that may impact the business. What you`ll do: Own and evolve the ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term strategy. Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, scripts, and workflows. Perform daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, access controls, system upgrades, and security configurations. Manage service requests, incident resolutions, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal platform performance and minimise downtime. Create, manage, and deploy ServiceNow catalogue items, reports, dashboards, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to ITSM best practices and maintain compliance with governance frameworks and security policies. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and perform maintenance activities to ensure the health and stability of the platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training, support, and guidance on ServiceNow usage and best practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and operational procedures. Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and external systems. Your expertise: A minimum of 6 years of ServiceNow Development and Administration experience, including operational tasks such as catalogue maintenance and system updates. Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow design and development. Advantageous skills: Strong experience in custom ServiceNow application development and integrations. 5 years with ITSM tools and platforms as well as ticket and change management life cycles. Experience with ticket and change management life cycles. Experience managing automation and workflow improvements. Working in a multinational workforce across all time zones. Personal Attributes: Strong development skills with the ability to build, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications. High attention to detail and commitment to ensuring system stability and security. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify optimization opportunities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous service improvement.
