Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop control software for flight applications Use MATLAB/Simulink for modelling, simulation, and code generation (non-negotiable) Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality and compliance Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the development and integration of control systems Contribute to the continuous improvement of software engineering practices Advantageous: experience in UAV flight control software development Experience and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field Minimum of 3 years experience in control software development Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink (non-negotiable) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment Advantageous: prior experience in UAV control system development
