Cape Town City Centre: Software Trainer and End User Trainer (In-House Trainer)

Key Responsibilities: End user IT Training on Computers and Software Support Provide Training and Assist users on Legal Software & Windows 11 Create, maintain, and publish user support documentation Deliver general software training and conduct skills assessments for end users Support Microsoft Office applications and other business-related software Assist with boardroom, meeting room, and online meeting technology setup and connectivity Requirements: Grade 12 qualification 12 years experience in an end-user or software support role Solid working knowledge of Windows 11 Legal Software (Super User) Microsoft Office proficiency (Word and Excel intermediate level) Previous experience providing software-based support to end users
