About the Role
Hire Resolve is looking for a Junior Frontend/Backend Developer to join our client’s team in Sandton, South Africa. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain web applications.
- Develop user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (NextJS/React, with familiarity in Angular or Vue a plus).
- Work on backend development using PHP (or willingness to learn).
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, providing efficient solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of experience in web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, particularly NextJS or React (experience with Angular or Vue is also acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of PHP is beneficial; candidates with strong PHP backgrounds will be considered.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
