Location Cape Town South, Western Cape Requirements: Passion for travel Matric (Grade 12) certificate Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tour/travel administrator role Relevant travel qualifications (diploma or certificate) Responsibilities: Coordinate the smooth operation of assigned FIT and group tour prgrams Manage all general administrative duties related to tour operations Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers, agents, and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication Make and manage reservations for required travel services (flights, accomodations, activities, etc) Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, supplier details and payment transactions Monitor reservations status, payment terms, and deadlines, and communicate updates effectively.
