Summary To provide a telephone-based sales or booking service, for both inbound and outbound teams! Job Purpose -The Agent key role is to deliver a first-class service to our blue-chip clients ensuring their revenue generation is maximised thoroughly. -To provide help, advice, and guidance to new and existing customers, so that the customer makes the right and informed decision about their account or service. -To be a brand ambassador on behalf of our clients. Key Duties & Responsibilities – Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls – Talking to new and existing customers regarding their accounts – Booking appointments and completing care calls. – Processing orders for customers – Updating customer accounts – Following agreed call scripts – Updating databases with customer details – Working towards agreed sales targets and agreed conversion – Understanding customer needs to deliver effective solutions – Take ownership of each and every call to maximise revenue generation – To be passionate about providing outstanding customer services.
