To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management, ideally within the FMCG sector. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organisational abilities, and proficiency in warehouse management systems (Syspro) and Microsoft Office are essential. A sound understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, is required. A relevant diploma or certificate in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field will be advantageous.
