Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute customized reports, working closely with data analysts and developers to enhance reporting quality. Internal Collaboration: Foster good internal relationships across departments to ensure quality support and service delivery. System Management: Support the maintenance of client information in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and currency. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to reduce risks and increase operational efficiencies. Required Experience A minimum of 3 years in a related client relationship management or reporting role within Asset Management or financial services. Experience in Financial Services sectors, such as LISP, Collective Investment Schemes, and ETFs, is an advantage. Strong technical knowledge of the Financial Services industry, specifically in Asset Management. Familiarity with investment administration systems and regulatory legislation is essential. Required Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BCom in Accounting, Finance, or Investments). Proficient in Excel. Key Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Self-motivated and results-driven. A client-centric approach with attention to detail. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
