Overview:
Were looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and community-minded coordinator to help us keep our wellness platform vibrant, supportive, and full of fresh resources. This role blends content curation, toolkit development, and community engagement with partner and customer onboarding. If you love organizing content, keeping conversations healthy, and supporting a mission-driven platform, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Curated Content Creation: Collect, create, and publish monthly content packages tailored to customer needs and interests.
- Toolkit Development: Build toolkits with at least 10 sourced or original pieces of content (articles, guides, videos, templates, etc.) that are ready for customer use.
- Community Moderation: Monitor and moderate group feeds to encourage meaningful conversations, uphold community guidelines, and support member engagement.
- Partner Intake & Upload: Manage intake process for content partners, ensure accuracy of information, and upload their materials into the app.
- Customer Intake & Upload: Collect intake information from new customers and upload their content, profiles, or resources into the app platform.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong writing, editing, and content curation skills.
- Experience in community moderation, social media, or online groups.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable sourcing and formatting digital content (articles, PDFs, toolkits, etc.).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or community platforms preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with partners and customers.

- Monthly content drops are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with customer needs.
- Tool kits are well-researched, easy to use, and packed with value.
- Community groups feel safe, engaged, and active.
- Partner and customer uploads are accurate, timely, and organized.
