Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 OR Technical Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent tertiary qualification. Certification in Vibration Analysis Category II (ISO certified) . Infra-Red Scanning Level 1 certification . Tribology / Oil Analysis Level 1 certification . Experience in Lazer Alignment Training . Minimum 3 years of experience in plant maintenance and condition monitoring (preferably in the water treatment industry ). Strong knowledge of condition monitoring practices and experience in compiling monthly trend reports . High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Valid Code 08 drivers license willingness to travel long distances when required. Ability to work after hours and respond to urgent situations . Familiarity with VIBEEXPERT11 Vibration Analysis, FLIR E75 Thermal Imaging Camera, and FIXTURE Lazer Alignment tools is an advantage. Key Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail in equipment monitoring and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and improving machinery reliability. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy . Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings. Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Self-driven and able to work independently without direct supervision.
