A rare opportunity has become available as Head of Group Exercise with this leading wellness brand to be based at their corporate offices in Cape Town. As Head of Group Exercise youll be responsible for developing strategic direction, innovation, & performance of Group Exercise across the national portfolio. Were looking for an inspiring leader with deep expertise in fitness programming, exceptional commercial awareness, & a passion for delivering world-class member experiences specifically within the group exercise to music segment. Area of responsibility include team development, recruitment, training, programming, & delivery of quality assurance across Group Exercise programs. Identify & develop key exercise partnerships, & represent the brand at wellness, fitness, & other industry events. The position also forms part of the global ETM team. Requirements: Formal Fitness Qualification/s relevant to Exercise to Music 5-8 years experience within a senior management role international exposure beneficial Proven experience in implementation of Group Exercise to music programs Commercial knowledge & experience Previous experience in creation of experiences, workshops &events calendars Salary Offered: Competitive + 20% bonus + benefits
