Customer Service Representative (UK Support) Cape Town
R15,000/month + discretionary bonus
Bloubergstrand – Big Bay (soon)
20 days leave + public holidays

? What you will do
Working closely with our clients’ UK-based team in Manchester, youll be part of a friendly and focused customer service squad that handles:
- Calls and email queries from UK customers
- Order issues: missing items, parcel redirection, returns
- Stock availability and product questions
- Fast, professional, right-first-time problem-solving
Youll be a key voice of their brand, and your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.
? What were looking for
- Grade 12 qualification
- 3+ years of customer service experience within the e-commerce space
- Strong Freshdesk experience
- Brightpearl CRM experience is beneficial
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- A friendly, can-do attitude and love for customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Own reliable transport is a bonus
