Job Description
Qualification and Experience needed
o Tertiary qualification and programming background, Business, or IT
o Bachelor’s degree with mathematical / statistical / actuarial specialisation is advantageous
o Experience in databases (especially SQL).
o Programming and data analytics experience.
o Experience in managing projects and people.
o Proven track record in business development and building relationships.
o A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management position within the financial services
industry
Required Knowledge and skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Drive stakeholders change management
o Report writing skills
o Excellent analytical skills
o Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills
o Intermediate SQL knowledge
o Working knowledge of the regulatory environment which the company operates in.
The successful candidate must:
o Be willing to work over-time, as and when needed.
