• Master Data or Data Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing data management strategies that align with organizational goals; defining data policies, standards, and best practices for data management and governance.
  
• Data Storage Solutions: Evaluating and selecting appropriate data storage technologies (e.g., relational databases, NoSQL databases, data lakes, data warehouses); designing and implementing efficient and scalable data storage architectures.
  
• Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, data scientists, and IT teams to understand data needs and ensure alignment with business objectives; communicating complex data concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

• NQF 6 or higher tertiary qualification in Information Communication Technology (ICT) field incorporating (but not limited to) Information Systems; Cloud certification.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years experience in a field of a Data Scientist role.
