Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is currently seeking a talented Demand Planner for a manufacturing company. As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in analysing sales data and market trends to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels for our clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies that meet customer demands while minimizing costs.
Responsibilities
Analyse historical sales data and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather insights and align on demand expectations.
Develop inventory strategies to meet customer requirements and minimize excess or shortage of stock.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, taking into account lead time, production capacity, and supply chain constraints.
Conduct regular reviews of forecast accuracy and make adjustments as necessary.
Identify and address demand-related issues, including stockouts, backorders, and overstocks.
Stay informed about industry developments and market trends that may impact demand.
Utilize demand planning software and tools to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Demand Planner or similar role.
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.

Responsibilities
Analyze sales data, demand patterns, and consumer behavior
Assess supply market dynamics, supply capacity, and supply channels
Develop and implement seasonal procurement plans
Manage master scheduling and inventory replenishment
Utilize Blue Yonder forecasting system for demand predictions
Optimize stock service levels, inventory return, and category profit profiles
Continuously monitor and report on execution metrics
Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations
Leverage stakeholder networks to identify new business opportunities
Apply digital technologies to enhance business processes, culture, and customer experiences
Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree
2 years of related experience (preferably as a Demand or Merchandise Planner)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Planning is an advantage

Responsibilities:
Actively engage in the end–to–end Sales and Operational Planning Process, with focus ondemand &supply planning.
Supportthe MaterialPlanning process as well as the execution of the material planand finished goods volumesfor the production team.
Ordering stock from suppliers and principals to fulfil customer demand and maintaining service levels.
Ability to provide stock analysis to drive profitability and maintain optimal stock levels
Resolving issues where stock does not arrive on time in full.
Ensure that the monthlyproduction schedule is aligned toforecasts to ensure delivery in line with sales requirements
Workin conjunction with the Planning, Logistics and Sales to guarantee order fulfilment in line with customer requirements.
Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain processesin accordance with shipping andquality requirements.
Communicating informed riskswithin the business to key stakeholders.
Managing the forecasts and co–ordination of raw materials and production for various third–party/contract bottlers.
Supportingadhocforecasting and planning processes.
Requirements:
3 yearB Degree / 4 year Diploma supply chain management, logistics or similar is essential
CIPS/CPIM would be advantageous
A minimum of3 years of relevant experience in a planning environment. Demandplanning, S&OP management, supply planning.
Shippingand materials planning would be advantageous.
MS Office competency,highly competent inExcel
Experience withplanning/demand/forecasting tools
SAPor similar ERPexperience would be advantageous.
