Job Summary
A well-established Dental Practice in Strand, Cape Town, is looking for a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join their professional team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a Private Dental Practice and be proficient in using the Elixir billing system. Excellent interpersonal skills, a welcoming demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Own transport is required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Managing reception and front-desk duties
- Handling patient bookings and walk-ins with professionalism
- Processing medical aid claims and ensuring accurate billing
- Managing authorisations and following up on outstanding claims
- Providing exceptional service and support to patients throughout their visit
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow
- Managing patient files, records, and documentation
The practice is seeking someone reliable, well-presented, and capable of representing the warm and professional atmosphere of the team.
Salary:
R16 000 – R18 500
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
