Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
-
Website Support & Content Management:Assist with WordPress website tasks, including content filling, styling blog posts, resizing images, and implementing client feedback.
-
Monthly Website Maintenance:Carry out monthly security updates, server backups, and software/plugin updates (full training provided).
-
Social Media & Email Marketing:Create graphics and schedule posts across platforms. Build email newsletters and design templates in Brevo.
-
General Digital & Admin Tasks:Prepare client proposal documents, format audit reports, and carry out general admin duties as directedalways with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements

Previous experience with WordPress (content management, not development-heavy)

Familiarity with digital marketing and basic graphic design tools

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a willingness to learn

Common sense, a positive attitude, and an ability to work independently

Experience using Trello or similar project management tools (a plus)
