Direct Travel Designer Cape Town / Remote (Hybrid Role)

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced and mature Direct Travel Designer to join a leading luxury travel company. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of working remotely while being based in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and curate bespoke travel itineraries tailored to clients preferences and expectations

• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodation, and experiences within the luxury travel market

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service from initial enquiry through to post-travel follow-up

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence

• Keep up to date with global travel trends, products, and suppliers within the luxury sector

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury travel design or high-end tour operating

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clients

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills

• Strong destination knowledge and the ability to create unique, personalised travel experiences

• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
