? Director of Sales Luxury Hotel | Cape Town ? Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Sales to join a prestigious Luxury Hotel in Cape Town. This senior role is ideal for a strategic and experienced sales professional with an in-depth understanding of luxury hospitality across Sub-Saharan Africa. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Lead the hotels sales strategy to maximise revenue and market presence ? Develop and maintain relationships with key travel partners and corporate clients ? Oversee sales operations, performance targets, and reporting ? Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions ? Requirements: Proven experience in luxury hotel, reserve, or lodge sales within Sub-Saharan Africa Diploma or certificate in Sales & Marketing or Hotel Management Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with a results-driven and client-focused approach ? Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience | Live-Out position
