Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).
- 10+ years of experience in automation and machine-building engineering.
- 5+ years of effective people management experience.
- Proven track record in product development and project management.
- Strong technical background with expertise in automation tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent planning, organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
