Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Western Cape region
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products in the market
- Attend industry events, tradeshows, and customer meetings as required
Requirements:
- A Technical Qualification and 3+ years of proven sales experience in a technical field
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be willing to travel
- Knowledge of the abrasive industry would be an advantage
- Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Verbal and Written)
- Live within a 20 30 km radius of Cape Town
- CRM Management, Call Planning, and Sales Reporting
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Must be MS Office literate (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Resilient, resourceful personality/character.
- Conflict management.
- Strong business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial flair with excellent time management skills
