Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s Client is urgently seeking a highly skilled Finance & Compliance Manager with experience in the IT industry. As a Finance & Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and regulatory compliance of our client`s IT operations. You will be responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will oversee compliance with relevant laws and regulations, implementing effective internal controls and risk management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement effective internal controls and risk management strategies
- Monitor and report on financial performance and compliance
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial and operational objectives are met
- Manage and develop a team of finance and compliance professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and compliance
- Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CA(SA) or similar qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in a finance and reporting role
- Minimum 2 years experience in a management role
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct, Click-up, Scubed HR & Payroll system, Finnivo will be an advantage
- Experience in implementing new systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word MS Teams, SharePoint etc.)
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Salary:
R 700k to R 900k ( Annual Cost to Company)
- 5% Of basic salary as contribution towards an RA (Company contribution 50% Employee 50%)
- 100% Company contribution towards monthly medical aid premium on specific medical plans (Specific conditions/detail to be discussed during interview)
- Cell phone allowance
- Internet allowance
