About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our client’s team at an environmental services company in Cape Town. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. A CIMA qualification is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual budgets for the company
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the company
  • Oversee the financial forecasting and planning process
  • Manage the financial aspects of contracts and projects
  • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the company
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CIMA qualification required
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting management role
  • Previous experience working in the environmental services industry or similar is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
