Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (guesthouse, lodge, or boutique hotel management). Strong working knowledge of online booking systems (Apply Below, Agoda, Expedia, etc.). Experience with RoomRaccoon or similar property management software is highly advantageous. Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage given the international guest base. Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural flair for hospitality. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently. A personable, mature individual who values teamwork, efficiency, and genuine guest connection. Communicate regularly with the property owners, providing operational updates and flagging any issues promptly. Lead and supervise a small team, ensuring high standards of breakfast service and housekeeping.
