Job Summary
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Development to join our client in the solar energy sector. As the Head of Business Development, you will play a key role in driving growth and innovation in the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the solar industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including project development, partnerships, and acquisitions
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, partners, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
- Monitor and report on business development activities and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years proven track record in business development within the solar industry (non-negotiable)
- Strong knowledge of solar technologies, products, and market trends
- Experience in project development, including feasibility assessments, financial modeling, and risk analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required
