Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opening for a Hire Controller at our client’s thriving equipment hire shop located in Claremont. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the efficient operation of the shop, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the counter, providing excellent service and support
- Manage small plant equipment rentals, ensuring smooth transactions
- Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups for equipment rentals
- Maintain accurate inventory records and rental agreements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in equipment rental or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
