Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Booking Agent to join our client’s team in Durbanville. As a Booking Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing bookings for a variety of events and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Calling our clients/incoming leads on Pipedrive
  • Following up on client queries
  • Make 100 120 calls per day
  • Book consultations for Property Consultants and Property Investments Strategists

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • At least 2 years of experience in a telesales role
  • Make 100 120 calls per day
  • Maintain professional telephone etiquette
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Be professional
  • Experience in the property industry beneficial
