About the Role
Hire Resolves client in the Supply Chain industry is urgently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all areas of the property are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff.
- Ensure that all areas of the property are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies.
- Manage the housekeeping budget.
- Handle guest requests and complaints.
- Inspect rooms and other areas to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a housekeeping or related role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
