About the Role
This Technical Development Lead role sits at the intersection of leadership and hands-on development, taking ownership of a cloud-based product environment while managing a team of developers. The position requires both technical depth and the ability to guide delivery, architecture, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban environments
- Industry exposure to healthcare or similar complex systems advantageous

Salary is open for discussion and will be market related in line with your qualifications, skills and experience. The offer can be up to R120k per month if you are an exact fit and require minimal additional training or oversight.
